I am a lifestyle, spiritual health, and nutrition practitioner. Not only will you learn how to nourish yourself as God intended for humans to eat to thrive, you will learn why this is correct, and you will learn what to do to be successful in your daily life, no matter how full your life is.

I have worked in both major areas of medicine, allopathic and holistic, since my first job as a veterinary technician in 1991, and I have been in continual clinical practice since 2007.

I hold a Masters degree in *Traditional Chinese Medicine, am a Master Herbalist and California State Licensed Acupuncturist. I hold a second Board Certification in Natural Reproductive Medicine, and am a Certified Nutritional Therapist.

*For Eastern Orthodox Christians, I have been blessed personally by His Eminence Reverend Archbishop Kyrill of San Francisco and Western America to perform Chinese Medicine, Holistic Medicine, Herbal Medicine, and Acupuncture. Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture are NOT "pagan" practices. Individuals may choose to follow any belief system and also practice CM and Acupuncture. The medicine itself is NOT born out of a devotional system. This said, I advise Christians to always work with Christian practitioners in all areas of medicine.

My approach, a little about me, & my education

I have worked in the medical health field since my very first job in 1991.

My first job (at age 14) progressed quickly in just a few months from dog walker to veterinary technician! I have always also loved helping people. My first foray into holistic healthcare was immediately after High School. I enrolled in Swedish and Sports Massage training with a secondary focus on Reflexology.

I then became a Medical Assistant, then began Nursing school while also enrolled in Pre-Veterinary curriculum. My career as a nurse was short lived after witnessing ethical medical compromise amongst the hospital staff. While pre-vet, I began working for a veterinarian whom was using acupuncture and herbal remedies on her patients with incredible results!

I enrolled in Chinese Medical school, graduating as an acupuncturist and Master Herbalist, and have been working as a practitioner of Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine since 2008.

I have completed multiple extended trainings (both allopathic and holistic) in Fertility Medicine (Board Certified in 2020), as well as becoming a Certified Nutritionist (2018).

I also used to be very ill. I had what is known as Multiple Sclerosis. I had multiple other chronic inflammatory illnesses that brought me to the ER several times, and at it's peak left me some days with transient paralysis of my legs.

I was terrified for my health.

In 2011, feeling totally out of options, and having tried nearly everything...God spoke one clear sentence to me. He said "Re-engineer your diet." Three days later I did just that, and 3 months later I had ZERO SYMPTOMS. To this day I have zero health issues.

After several years of researching how and why "re-engineering" my diet from vegan/vegetarianism to animal based/carnivore cured me (my studies were beautifully led by the Holy Spirit), I reached the place where I could teach my patients how to have the same results.

My approach is this: There is a common dietary foundation all humans need to follow. This is the place I start with all my clients. As healing progresses, the unique design of the house built upon that foundation is revealed and we arrive at the ideal diet for each individual.

I teach and treat each one of my clients uniquely to their needs, their lifestyle, their energy levels, and their willingness.

I am also an Eastern Orthodox Christian, baptized by the ROCOR Church. I understand the fasting system of The Church and am familiar with Economia. In working with EO Christians this will be part of our conversation, and I am also very glad to speak with your Priest regarding my advice (no charge to you or your Priest).
